This more or less sums up what I would call the garden area, however there are masses more of well maintained fenced flat land with outbuildings. These outbuildings could be used for horses, and the land is just perfect for two separate paddocks, dressage area etc. If the idea or horses isn´t your thing, but business ideas area attractive, then the land could be used for many things. The area is popular with campers, and the town hall is keen for tourism to increase.
The location is 10 minutes drive to the beautiful large town of Villena, interestingly there is also a very quaint village within walking distance.
If motorsports are of interest then there is also a go cart track 5 minutes drive away where it is not unusual to find high level motorcycle riders including some Moto GP stars practicing from time to time, and regular national level motorcycle racing events. Within this complex there is a fabulous restaurant, bars, disco and various attractions.
